1. Ginger Tea
Ginger tea is an excellent solution to relieve menstrual pain because it contains anti-inflammatory elements such as ibuprofen, according to Composed Nutrition.
Ginger also reduces the production of prostaglandins responsible for menstrual cycle symptoms such as convulsions, mood swings and headaches, thereby alleviating these symptoms.
For a good result drink 4 cups a day by boiling two tablespoons of ginger with water.
2. Lemon Balm Tea
