The Thigh and Belly Fat Burner, Don’t Complain Unless You Try This

Ginger is a stable food in every kitchen. It soothes sore throats and helps an unsettled stomach. It’s just a few easy step to make ginger tea at home.

To make enough tea for two people, I like to cut 250 grams of ginger into 1-inch cubes. In a pot, add enough water to cover your ginger. In this case we use 6 cups of water. Over high heat, bring the mixture to a boil and boil hard for 5 minutes. Lower the heat to a simmer and cover with a lid so the liquid does not escape. Transfer the ginger to an airtight container and save it in your fridge.

To use one or two more times to serve, pour the teeth through a tea strainer and sweeten with raw unpasteurized honey. Enjoy your tea!
